Clinical Reflexology

This treatment involves discussing all aspects of your health. We will go through a detailed consultation together covering diet, nutrition advice, stress levels, postural issues, menstruation issues, energy levels, relationship, support systems along with a wonderful, relaxing Reflexology Treatment targeting the reflexes within your Reproductive and Endocrine systems.

This treatment has been designed and focuses primarily on reducing Secondary Lymphoedema, specifically a swelling in the arm following treatment for breast cancer. From clinical experience and case study evidence RLD may be useful for clients with non-cancer related, autoimmune disorders, e.g. Diabetes, IBS, Colitis, Crohnes Disease, Coeliac Disease, Eczema, Psoriasis, Alopecia, Asthma, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Migraine, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME, Hayfever, Thyroid, Pregnancy Oedema and Post-Operative Recovery.

Adapted Reflextherapy is a treatment for chronic and acute spinal pain including those suffering the effects of whiplash injuries. Focusing specifically on treating the spine and related structures through stimulating reflex points in the feet or hands using techniques which are unique to Adapted Reflextherapy which may contribute to pain in other parts of the body.
The targeted approach means that Adapted Reflextherapy treatments are typically of short duration, sometimes less than 10 minutes. By addressing the underlying issues Adapted Reflextherapy aims to encourage the body’s natural healing mechanisms to achieve sustainable recovery, even if the original injury was sustained many years previously.
No touching or movement of the painful area is necessarily required, this can be a particular advantage for people with severe pain and mobility problems.

Baby Reflexage

My 4 week Baby Reflexage Workshops combine elements of Baby Reflexology, Movement and Baby Massage.
At my workshops you will learn safe, gentle and effective techniques and sequences, combining holds to relieve their discomfort, stretching exercises to strengthen their muscles and increase flexibility, massage and reflexology techniques to calm and relax , reduce tension and aid their development and posture as they grow. You will learn a full Body Massage and Reflexology foot routine, learning how to adapt the routine and techniques for your baby’s individual needs. Each weekly session you will be provided with illustrated techniques for you to use at home to help support your baby’s well-being.
